ISIS-linked militants, <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.infowars.com\/obama-arms-isis-linked-militants-pushes-gun-control-on-very-same-day\/\"><font size=\"5\">on the exact same day he demanded more gun control<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> in response to the Oregon shooting.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201c\u2026The President also emphasized to his team that the U.S. would continue to support the Syrian opposition as Russia enters the war-torn country,\u201d CNN reported in October.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">But virtually all of the rebels in Syria have pledged allegiance to the Islamic State since at least 2013.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201cThe Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council, the vaunted bulwarks of the moderate opposition, only really exist in hotel lobbies and the minds of Western diplomats,\u201d Journalist <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.counterpunch.org\/2014\/10\/03\/there-are-no-moderate-syrian-rebels\/\"><font size=\"5\">Ben Reynolds<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> wrote in November. \u201cThere is simply no real separation between \u2018moderate\u2019 rebel groups and hardline Salafists allied with al-Qaeda.\u201d<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">2) <strong>Attempting to shut down gun stores outside of law<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">In a classic case of criminal racketeering, the U.S. Department of Justice was pressuring banks to refuse service to gun stores in a program entitled Operation Choke Point.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Under the program started in 2014 if not before, the DOJ was attempting to shut down legal gun dealers by coercing financial institutions to close the bank and merchant accounts associated with their businesses.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">In 2012, Bank of America told a gun company, McMillan Group International, that because the company was expanding into firearms manufacturing, <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2012\/04\/20\/anti-gun-bank-of-america-tells-gun-company-to-find-another-bank\/\"><font size=\"5\">the bank no longer wanted McMillan\u2019s business.<\/font><\/a> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201cWe have to assess the risk of doing business with a firearms-related industry,\u201d the bank\u2019s representative told operations director Kelly McMillan.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">And not long after, BitPay, a U.S.-based bitcoin processor, <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cryptocoinsnews.com\/news\/bitpay-drops-central-texas-gun-works-bitcoin-magazine-drops-headline\/2014\/03\/12\"><font size=\"5\">likewise refused to do business with gun dealer<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> Michael Cargill of Central Texas Gunworks due to a similar policy.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">3) <strong>Spent tax dollars to re-settle illegals inside U.S.<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">U.S. Customs and Border Patrol has been purchasing bus tickets and vouchers for illegal immigrants in order to ship them deeper into the country at taxpayers\u2019 expense, according to a McAllen, Texas city official.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201cThey\u2019re not bringing them here, they\u2019re bringing them to our bus terminals because that\u2019s where the Border Patrol understands that they have transportation to go to the interior,\u201d McAllen, Texas City Attorney Kevin Pagan said in an <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.infowars.com\/caught-red-handed-border-patrol-paying-to-ship-illegals-deep-into-u-s\/\"><font size=\"5\">interview with Infowars.<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> \u201cSo they\u2019re dropping them off and it\u2019s our understanding that they were dropped off with tickets or with vouchers for tickets, but it turns out that some of them tonight didn\u2019t have their tickets or their vouchers for tickets, or like I said their buses are tomorrow, so they have no where to stay.\u201d<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Several months earlier, Obama ordered the Border Patrol to stand down from protecting the border and enforcing immigration laws.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201cWe are simply being ordered to stand down and stop tracking and trying to apprehend the criminals,\u201d Shawn Moran, Vice President of the National Border Patrol Council, <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/Big-Government\/2013\/10\/02\/Exclusive-Border-Patrol-Management-Orders-Agents-to-Stand-Down-While-Tracking-Smugglers\"><font size=\"5\">told Breitbart<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">4) <strong>Using executive action to restrict Second Amendment<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama decided to use his \u201cpen and his phone\u201d to enact gun control without Congressional approval.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201cWithout a Democratic majority in Congress, and faced with a GOP that is firmly against any form of gun control measures, Obama has repeatedly warned that he would act on his own,\u201d Zero Hedge <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.infowars.com\/obama-to-unveil-multiple-gun-control-executive-actions-next-week\/\"><font size=\"5\">reported<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">For one thing, Obama is attempting to <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.usnews.com\/news\/articles\/2015-12-31\/reports-obama-to-expand-gun-background-checks-in-executive-action\"><font size=\"5\">require private sellers to conduct background checks<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201cThe action, officials explained, would include guidance on how the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives will now determine who is \u201cengaged in the business\u201d of selling firearms under federal law and, therefore, who is required to obtain a license to sell firearms,\u201d the Washington Free Beacon <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/freebeacon.com\/issues\/obama-executive-order-may-require-those-selling-even-a-single-firearm-become-licensed-dealers\/\"><font size=\"5\">reported<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama may also try and <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/time.com\/4137504\/obama-calls-for-tougher-gun-laws-after-san-bernardino-shooting\/\"><font size=\"5\">prevent people on the no-fly list<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> from being able to purchase guns, which <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.infowars.com\/mainstream-media-admits-gun-control-doesnt-work\/\"><font size=\"5\">violates the Fifth Amendment\u2019s guarantee of due process<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> by allowing the government to deprive people of their rights based only on suspicion.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Additionally, numerous law-abiding Americans have been wrongly placed on the No-Fly list due to false information, clerical errors or political persecution.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201cThe U.S. government maintains a massive watchlist system that risks stigmatizing hundreds of thousands of people \u2013 including U.S. citizens \u2013 as terrorism suspects based on vague, overbroad, and often secret standards and evidence,\u201d the ACLU <\/font><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aclu.org\/issues\/national-security\/privacy-and-surveillance\/watchlists\"><font size=\"5\">reported<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">. \u201cThe consequences of being placed on a government watchlist can be far-reaching; they can include questioning, harassment, or detention by authorities, or even an indefinite ban on air travel.\u201d<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">5) <strong>Illegally targeted conservative groups via IRS<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama\u2019s IRS had illegally targeted conservative groups for additional \u201creviews\u201d of <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/blogs\/plum-line\/wp\/2013\/05\/10\/conservatives-have-themselves-a-real-scandal-on-their-hands\/\"><font size=\"5\">their tax status applications<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Organizations with the phrases \u201ctea party\u201d or \u201cpatriot\u201d in their names were singled out for harassment, such as <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/templates\/story\/story.php?storyId=183057320\"><font size=\"5\">requiring<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> them to provide information about their family members, their social media posts and a list of donors.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama had met with a key IRS official who was involved in the targeting just two days before the key official told his colleagues how to target conservative groups. The Daily Caller <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2013\/07\/22\/embattled-irs-chief-counsel-met-with-obama-2-days-before-writing-new-targeting-criteria\/\"><font size=\"5\">reported<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">:<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><em><font size=\"5\">The Obama appointee implicated in congressional testimony in the IRS targeting scandal met with President Obama in the White House two days before offering his colleagues a new set of advice on how to scrutinize tea party and conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status.<\/font><\/em> <\/p>\n<p><em><font size=\"5\">IRS chief counsel William Wilkins, who was named in House Oversight testimony by retiring IRS agent Carter Hull as one of his supervisors in the improper targeting of conservative groups, met with Obama in the Roosevelt Room of the White House on April 23, 2012. Wilkins\u2019 boss, then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman, visited the Eisenhower Executive Office Building on April 24, 2012, according to White House visitor logs.<\/font><\/em> <\/p>\n<p><em><font size=\"5\">On April 25, 2012, Wilkins\u2019 office sent the exempt organizations determinations unit \u201cadditional comments on the draft guidance\u201d for approving or denying tea party tax-exempt applications, according to the IRS inspector general\u2019s report.<\/font><\/em> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">During Obama\u2019s first four years as President, IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman made <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2013\/05\/29\/irss-shulman-had-more-public-white-house-visits-than-any-cabinet-member\/\"><font size=\"5\">157 visits<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> to the White House.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201cThis is <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2013\/05\/29\/irss-shulman-had-more-public-white-house-visits-than-any-cabinet-member\/\"><font size=\"5\">more<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> visits to the White House \u2013 by a very large margin \u2013 than any other cabinet member during Obama\u2019s first term,\u201d Journalist Tim Brown revealed. \u201cBy comparison, during the four years that Mark Everson was IRS commissioner when Bush was president, Everson made only <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2013\/05\/29\/irss-shulman-had-more-public-white-house-visits-than-any-cabinet-member\/\"><font size=\"5\">one visit<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> to the White House.\u201d<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">6) <strong>Secretly obtained phone records from Associated Press journalists<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">In May 2013, Associated Press <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/news.yahoo.com\/govt-obtains-wide-ap-phone-records-probe-202010831.html\"><font size=\"5\">reported<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">:<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><em><font size=\"5\">\u201cThe Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records of reporters and editors for The Associated Press in what the news cooperative\u2019s top executive called a \u201cmassive and unprecedented intrusion\u201d into how news organizations gather the news.<\/font><\/em> <\/p>\n<p><em><font size=\"5\">The records obtained by the Justice Department listed outgoing calls for the work and personal phone numbers of individual reporters, general AP office numbers in New York, Washington and Hartford, Conn., and the main number for AP reporters in the House of Representatives press gallery, according to attorneys for the AP. It was not clear if the records also included incoming calls or the duration of calls.<\/font><\/em> <\/p>\n<p><em><font size=\"5\">In all, the government seized the records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012. The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown but more than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were targeted, on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.\u201d<\/font><\/em> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obtaining these phone records required approval from former Attorney General Eric Holder.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">7) <strong>Carried out military interventionism in Libya without Congressional approval<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama violated the Constitution when he launched military operations in <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/house\/166577-kucinich-jones-sue-white-house-over-libya-war\"><font size=\"5\">Libya<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">without Congressional approval.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">8) <strong>Expanded Bush\u2019s unconstitutional government faith-based programs<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama actually <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com\/2009\/02\/05\/obama-calls-for-expansion-of-faith-program\/\"><font size=\"5\">expanded<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> the federal government\u2019s faith based programs which had been started by President George W. Bush.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">9) <strong>Supported Bush\u2019s unconstitutional Patriot Act<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama renewed the Patriot Act in 2011.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">10) <strong>Agrees with Bush\u2019s support of unconstitutional, indefinite detention of U.S. citizens without filing any charges<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama signed an unconstitutional bill that gave the U.S. government the power to <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aclu.org\/national-security\/president-obama-signs-indefinite-detention-bill-law\"><font size=\"5\">indefinitely detain<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> U.S. citizens without any charges being filed or any trial taking place.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">11) <strong>Supports unconstitutional, warrantless wiretapping<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">President Obama is a huge supporter of <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/rawstory.com\/news\/2008\/Obama_Administration_quietly_expands_Bushs_legal_0407.html\"><font size=\"5\">warrantless wiretapping<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">12) <strong>Had four U.S. citizens killed without judicial process<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama had <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/world\/national-security\/us-acknowledges-killing-of-four-us-citizens-in-counterterrorism-operations\/2013\/05\/22\/7a21cf84-c31d-11e2-8c3b-0b5e9247e8ca_print.html\"><font size=\"5\">four<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> U.S. citizens killed without judicial process, to which then-U.S. Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/stories\/1011\/65035.html\"><font size=\"5\">said<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> was an impeachable offense.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">13) <strong>Ordered private company to fire 1,000 employees<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">After Boeing hired 1,000 new employees to work at its new factory in South Carolina in 2011, the Obama administration ordered the company to <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2011\/04\/21\/business\/21boeing.html?_r=2\"><font size=\"5\">close it down<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> because the factory was non-union.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">14) <strong>Stole money from retired teachers and police officers<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">During the Chrysler bankruptcy, Obama violated the Fifth Amendment and more than 150 years of bankruptcy law by illegally treating secured creditors <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.humanevents.com\/article.php?id=32074\"><font size=\"5\">worse<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> than unsecured creditors.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">\u201cUpsetting this fixed hierarchy among creditors is just an illegal taking of property from one group of creditors for the benefit of another, which should be struck down on both statutory and constitutional grounds,\u201d according to Richard A. Epstein, a law professor at New York University School of Law.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">15) <strong>Fired Inspector General for discovering that Obama\u2019s friend had embezzled government funds<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Obama <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/stories\/0609\/23831.html\"><font size=\"5\">fired<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> Inspector General Gerald Walpin in 2009 after Walpin accused Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson, an Obama supporter, of misusing AmeriCorps funding to pay for political activities.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Later on, a bipartisan group of 145 current and former public officials and legal scholars <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/administration\/47280-allies-of-official-fired-by-obama-mount-defense\"><font size=\"5\">signed<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> a letter stating Walpin\u2019s firing was politically motivated.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">16) <strong>Lied about letting people keep their health insurance<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Before Obamacare was passed, Obama <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/blogs\/politics\/2009\/06\/what-does-the-presidents-promise-youll-be-able-to-keep-your-health-care-plan-period-really-mean\/\"><font size=\"5\">said<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">:<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><em><font size=\"5\">\u201cNo matter how we reform health care, we will keep this promise to the American people\u2026 If you like your health care plan, you\u2019ll be able to keep your health care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what.\u201d<\/font><\/em> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">But once it was passed, the Congressional Budget Office said Obamacare would cause at least <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/blog\/inside-politics\/2013\/feb\/5\/obama-health-law-will-cost-7-million\/\"><font size=\"5\">seven million people<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\"> to lose their insurance.<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">17) <strong>Lied about the cost of Obamacare<\/strong><\/font> <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\">Before Obamacare was passed, Obama <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/www.c-spanvideo.org\/clip\/3756\"><font size=\"5\">promised<\/font><\/a><font size=\"5\">:<\/font> <\/p>\n<p><em><font size=\"5\">\u201cI will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits \u2013 either now or in the future. I will not sign it if it adds one dime to the deficit, now or in the future, period.
