## LEFT WING NUT CASES

Ok you left-wing morons, try to bullshit your way out of this…

Have you ever seen a Muslim hospital?

Have you heard a Muslim orchestra?

Have you seen a Muslim band march in a parade?

Have you witnessed a Muslim charity?

Have you shaken hands with a Muslim Girl Scout?

Have you seen a Muslim Candy Striper?

Barack Obama, during his Cairo speech, said: “I know, too, that Islam has always
been a part of America ‘s history.”

Dear Mr. Obama:

Were those Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims first landed?

Were those Muslims who celebrated the first Thanksgiving Day?

Can you show me one Muslim signature on the United States Constitution?

Declaration of Independence?

Bill of Rights?

Didn’t think so.

Did Muslims fight for this country’s freedom from England? No.

Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America? No, they did
not.

In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery.
Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black Muslims as “pug-nosed slaves.”

Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country?

Not present.

There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin
Luther King, Jr. or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights.

Where were Muslims during this country’s Women’s Suffrage era?

Again, not present. In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are subservient to
men in the Islamic culture. Yep, the Muslims are all for women’s rights, aren’t
they?

Where were Muslims during World War II?

They were aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf
Hitler, reviewed the troops, and accepted support from the Nazi’s in killing Jews.

Finally, Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001?

If they weren’t flying planes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, or a field
in Pennsylvania, killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing
in the Middle East.

Strangely, the very “moderate” Muslims whose asses you bent over backward to kiss
in Cairo, Egypt on June 4th were stone cold silent post 9-11. To many American’s,
their silence has meant approval for the acts of that day

And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the “rich heritage” Muslims have here in America …

Oh, I’m sorry, I forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates. They were Muslims.

And now we can add November 5, 2009 – the slaughter of American soldiers at Fort
Hood by a Muslim major who is a doctor and a psychiatrist who was supposed to be
counseling soldiers returning from battle in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Also, don’t forget the Boston Marathon bombing on April 15.2013 was done by 2 Muslim
Brothers.

That, Mr. Obama, is the “Muslim heritage” in America

EVERY AMERICAN MUST READ THIS !!

Be sure to SEND IT TO ALL.

MUSLIM HERITAGE MY ASS

Muslim Heritage, my ass.

## November Elections 2026

Democrats are strong favorites to win the House in the November 3, 2026, elections,
according to forecasts and prediction markets as of early October.

Republicans currently hold a narrow majority in the 119th Congress: 218 seats to
214 for Democrats, plus 1 independent and 2 vacancies. A majority requires 218 seats,
so Democrats need a net gain of only a few seats. All 435 voting seats are on the
ballot.

Prediction markets price Democratic control at roughly 91–92.5% on Kalshi and Polymarket.
Model-based forecasts are in a similar range: one simulation (Fred Cornell, updated
October 6) gives Democrats a 96% chance with a median outcome around 244 seats,
while others cluster near 88–95%. The Cook Political Report’s late-September assessment
projected Democrats on track to gain 5–15 seats (roughly 220–230 total), and its
October 6 commentary described a Republican-to-Democratic flip as clear even if
the exact margin is not. Mid-cycle redistricting has narrowed the map somewhat relative
to earlier in the year, but generic-ballot leads and the president’s approval rating
are cited as the main drivers of the Democratic edge. These probabilities can still
shift with late developments.

Democrats are slight to moderate favorites to win Senate control in most forecasts
as of October 6, 2026, roughly a month before the November 3 election, though the
outcome remains competitive.

Prediction markets price Democrats at about 64–65% to take the chamber and Republicans
at about 35%, according to Polymarket and Kalshi snapshots from early October. Other
models put the Democratic probability in a similar range: Decision Desk HQ describes
Democrats as narrowly favored, a Fred Cornell simulation gives them a 58% chance
of reaching 51 or more seats, and Nate Silver’s Silver Bulletin model was near 59%
in mid-September.

The Cook Political Report’s October 6 overview says a Democratic majority is “squarely
in Democrats’ sights” and estimates potential Democratic gains of two to six seats—
the four-seat net gain needed for a 51-seat majority falls inside that range. Sabato’s
Crystal Ball has also shifted several ratings toward Democrats recently, including
moving Alaska to Leans Democratic, and notes that Republicans would now need to
win more of the remaining toss-ups to hold the chamber.

## President Trumps accomplisments in the first 21 Months

- Author: ken

President Trump’s second term began on January 20, 2025. Over the roughly 21 months
through early October 2026, major claimed and reported results center on border
enforcement, crime declines, tax and energy policy, military/foreign actions, and
federal workforce reductions. Figures below draw from White House summaries, agency
reports, FBI data, Census Bureau estimates, and analyses from Brookings/AEI and
others. Some economic and investment totals are administration claims; independent
verification of the largest aggregates is limited.

### Immigration and border
 – Catch-and-release ended; the administration states
no illegal aliens apprehended at the border were released into the U.S. for 15 consecutive
months. – Southwest border encounters fell sharply (reports cite declines on the
order of 94% year-over-year in some periods). – Brookings/AEI economists estimated
net migration in calendar 2025 was between roughly –10,000 and –295,000—the first
negative or near-zero year in at least half a century. Census Bureau data show net
international migration dropped from 2.7 million (July 2023–June 2024) to 1.3 million(
July 2024–June 2025), with further declines projected. – Center for Immigration
Studies and administration figures describe a multi-million reduction in the foreign-
born or illegal-alien population (CIS estimated a 2.3 million drop in the illegal
population over the first 18 months), driven by lower arrivals, deportations, and
self-departures. Deportation and detention numbers rose substantially; ICE capacity
and 287(g) agreements expanded. – Asylum grant rates fell to about 7%. Hundreds
of thousands of visas were revoked. Cartels including Tren de Aragua and MS-13 were
designated terrorist organizations. The Laken Riley Act and related measures increased
detention of certain criminal aliens.

### Crime
 – FBI data released in August 2026 showed the 2025 homicide rate at its
lowest since the mid-1950s (tied with 1955–56; an 18.1% drop from 2024) and overall
violent crime down 9.3%. Independent analysts described the decline as among the
largest on record and noted the rate was lower than at any point in the lifetimes
of most living Americans. Preliminary 2026 figures continued downward in many categories.–
The administration highlights captures of multiple FBI Most Wanted fugitives and
localized drops (including in Washington, D.C., after federal deployments). Crime
was already falling before 2025 in many cities; attribution is debated.

### Taxes, economy, and investment
 – The One Big Beautiful Bill (Working Families
Tax Cuts), signed July 4, 2025, made the 2017 individual rate cuts and higher standard
deduction permanent, added “no tax on tips,” an overtime deduction (through 2028),
a senior deduction, and Trump Accounts (government seed deposits for eligible children,
with tens of millions reportedly enrolled). – Private-sector job gains continued;
Treasury and White House figures cite hundreds of thousands to over one million
private jobs in the term, with manufacturing and construction hiring noted in several
months. The federal deficit for calendar 2025 was reported lower than 2024. – The
S&P 500 set dozens of record highs in 2025. The administration claims more than
$11 trillion in announced domestic and foreign investment commitments (examples
cited include large UAE, Apple, and Amazon figures). Tariff rates rose substantially(
effective rates moving from low single digits into the teens or higher at peaks),
accompanied by bilateral deals or frameworks with multiple partners and a later
China truce at elevated tariff levels. – Prescription-drug price measures (Most
Favored Nation initiatives) were credited with downward pressure; fentanyl-linked
deaths fell about 22% from 2024 to 2025 per CDC figures cited by the White House.

### Energy
 – U.S. oil and natural-gas production reached record levels; LNG exports
exceeded 100 million metric tons in 2025, a first. The prior LNG export pause was
reversed and additional export capacity approved. – Drilling permits on federal
lands rose; large acreage was reopened; coal and nuclear support increased. The
administration revoked or revised prior climate and efficiency rules (including
the 2009 Endangerment Finding) and withdrew from the Paris Agreement and related
bodies. After the January 2026 capture of Nicolás Maduro, the administration claimed
majority control arrangements over large Venezuelan oil reserves.

### Foreign policy and national security
 – June 2025 strikes (Operation Midnight
Hammer) targeted Iranian nuclear facilities at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. Further
U.S.-Israeli strikes in February 2026 killed Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and hit
additional military sites; the administration states Iranian enrichment capacity
was destroyed. – U.S. forces captured Maduro in Caracas on January 3, 2026 (Operation
Absolute Resolve) and transferred him for prosecution. – The administration claims
roles in ending or freezing multiple conflicts (Gaza hostage releases and a Board
of Peace framework, Israel-Iran fighting, DRC-Rwanda, Armenia-Azerbaijan, India-
Pakistan, and others). All living Gaza hostages were reported returned. – NATO allies
agreed to a path toward 5% of GDP defense spending by 2035. Military recruiting
met or exceeded goals; selected base names were restored.

### Government operations
 – The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and
related actions produced large federal workforce reductions (OMB figures cited roughly
260,000 departures in 2025 and a drop from about 3.0 million to 2.7 million employees).
Spending rescissions, contract cuts, and fraud reviews were reported in the tens
to hundreds of billions. – DEI programs in federal contracting and agencies were
curtailed via executive action. Hundreds of executive orders and related directives
were issued.

These outcomes coincide with ongoing legal challenges (tariffs, immigration detention
and status revocations, birthright-citizenship orders), labor-market effects from
lower immigration, and debate over the durability of crime and investment figures.
Official White House compilations from September–October 2026 provide the most expansive
administration lists.

## Iran from 1900-2026

The Modern History of Iran: From Constitutional Hopes to the Islamic Republic (1900–
2026)Iran’s history since 1900 has been marked by repeated struggles between authoritarian
rule, foreign interference, modernization efforts, and popular demands for rights
and freedoms. Citizens have experienced periods of expanding opportunities followed
by sharp restrictions, with recurring cycles of protest and repression shaping daily
life. The Constitutional Revolution and Qajar Decline (1905–1925).

At the start of the 20th century, Iran (then called Persia) was under the weakening
Qajar dynasty. Foreign powers—primarily Russia and Britain—exerted significant influence,
dividing the country into spheres of control in 1907. In 1905–1911, widespread protests
led to the Persian Constitutional Revolution. Merchants, intellectuals, and clerics
demanded limits on royal power, an elected parliament (Majlis), and a constitution.
The 1906 constitution introduced concepts of citizenship rights, a legislative assembly,
and constraints on the Shah’s absolute authority. It promised equality before the
law and some protections against arbitrary rule.

However, the revolution faced internal divisions and foreign intervention. Russian
troops helped suppress constitutionalists in 1911, and the Majlis was closed. Political
freedoms remained limited, and women were explicitly excluded from voting and full
political participation. Many citizens, especially in urban areas, gained a taste
for representative government, but economic hardship and foreign dominance persisted.
The Pahlavi Dynasty: Modernization and Authoritarianism (1925–1979). In 1921, military
officer Reza Khan seized power in a coup. He became Reza Shah Pahlavi in 1925, founding
the Pahlavi dynasty and renaming the country Iran in 1935. Reza Shah’s rule focused
on centralization and secular modernization. He built roads, railways, schools,
and a modern army. He promoted education for girls, raised the minimum marriage
age, and in 1936 enforced the unveiling of women (kashf-e hijab), a highly controversial
policy that improved public access for some women but alienated conservative and
rural populations. Political parties and independent press were suppressed, and
dissent was harshly punished.During World War II, Britain and the Soviet Union occupied
Iran due to Reza Shah’s perceived pro-German leanings. He abdicated in 1941, and
his son Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi took the throne.Under Mohammad Reza Shah, Iran
experienced rapid economic growth fueled by oil revenues, especially after the 1953
coup (backed by the US and UK) that removed nationalist Prime Minister Mohammad
Mosaddegh, who had sought to nationalize oil.

The Shah launched the White Revolution in the 1960s, including land reform, literacy
programs, and women’s suffrage (1963). Women gained rights to vote, run for office,
pursue higher education, and benefit from family law reforms that improved divorce
and custody rights. However, the regime became increasingly authoritarian. The secret
police (SAVAK) monitored and repressed opponents. Censorship limited freedom of
speech and assembly. Rapid urbanization and Western cultural influences created
social tensions. While urban middle-class citizens, particularly women, enjoyed
greater personal and educational freedoms, political opposition was stifled, and
rural or traditional communities often felt marginalized. Corruption and inequality
grew alongside prosperity.

The 1979 Islamic Revolution and the Islamic RepublicBy the late 1970s, widespread
discontent—over autocracy, inequality, Western influence, and repression—united
diverse groups: Islamists, leftists, nationalists, and students. Massive protests
forced the Shah into exile in January 1979. Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini returned
from exile and led the revolution. In April 1979, a referendum established the Islamic
Republic of Iran, with Khomeini as Supreme Leader. A new theocratic constitution
placed ultimate authority with the clerical leadership (velayat-e faqih). Revolutionary
committees and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) enforced Islamic codes.
The revolution dramatically altered citizens’ freedoms. Compulsory hijab was imposed
on women, reversing many Pahlavi-era gains in personal choice. Political parties
outside the Islamist framework were banned or marginalized. Freedom of speech, press,
and assembly faced strict limits, with dissent often labeled as counter-revolutionary.
Executions and purges targeted former regime officials and opponents.

The new system promised social justice and independence from foreign powers but
delivered a blend of elected institutions (president and parliament) subordinated
to unelected clerical oversight. The 1980–1988 Iran-Iraq War caused massive casualties
and economic damage, further entrenching security institutions.Life Under the Islamic
Republic: Rights, Restrictions, and Protests (1979–2020s)Since 1979, Iran has maintained
a hybrid system: some elections occur, but the Guardian Council vets candidates,
and the Supreme Leader holds final say on major policies.Treatment of citizens and
freedoms:Women: Compulsory veiling and gender segregation in many public spaces
became law. While women have accessed education and some professions, legal inequalities
persist in inheritance, divorce, and testimony. Campaigns against mandatory hijab
have faced arrests and violence.
Political and civil rights: Freedom of expression
is restricted; criticism of the leadership or core Islamic principles can lead to
imprisonment. Independent media and labor unions operate under heavy oversight.
Peaceful assembly is often met with force. Minorities: Religious (e.g., Baha’is,
Christians) and ethnic minorities (Kurds, Baluch, Arabs) report discrimination in
employment, education, and legal rights. Economy and daily life: Oil revenues fund
the state, but international sanctions, mismanagement, and corruption have caused
chronic inflation, unemployment, and shortages. Many citizens face economic hardship
despite the country’s resources.

Major protest waves reflect ongoing grievances:2009 Green Movement: Protests over
disputed presidential elections demanded electoral fairness; met with repression.

2017–2019: Economic protests over prices and subsidies spread widely, with calls
against corruption. 2022–2023 “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement: Sparked by the death
of Mahsa (Jina) Amini in morality police custody for “improper hijab.” Nationwide
demonstrations, led significantly by young women and girls, called for an end to
compulsory veiling and broader freedoms. Security forces killed hundreds, injured
thousands, and arrested tens of thousands. The protests highlighted deep discontent
with gender-based restrictions and governance.

Current Events and Potential Impacts on the Iranian People (2025–2026)As of early
2026, Iran faces severe economic pressures, including high inflation (over 40% officially,
with food prices rising much faster), currency collapse, and sanctions. Protests
erupted in late December 2025, initially among merchants and spreading across all
31 provinces due to living costs and economic mismanagement. Reports indicate arrests,
internet disruptions, and casualties, though exact figures vary and remain contested.
Tensions with Israel and the United States, including military strikes on Iranian
nuclear and military sites in 2025, have caused infrastructure damage, heightened
security measures, and further economic strain. These events exacerbate shortages,
inflation, and uncertainty.Effects on citizens:Economic hardship: Rising prices
for food, fuel, and essentials reduce living standards, particularly for working-
class and rural families. Youth unemployment and emigration (“brain drain”) continue.

Freedoms and security: Heightened repression risks further limits on expression
and assembly. Women and minorities may face intensified enforcement of social codes.
Social and psychological impact: Repeated protests and crackdowns foster widespread
disillusionment and fear, but also resilience and demands for accountability. Long-
term, sustained economic decline and external pressures could deepen inequality
or fuel further unrest. Future outlook: The interplay of internal governance challenges
and international relations will likely continue shaping daily freedoms. History
shows that Iranian citizens have repeatedly mobilized for rights, though outcomes
have varied between reform, repression, and revolution.

Iran’s modern trajectory illustrates a persistent tension between state authority
and popular aspirations for dignity, opportunity, and self-determination. Primary
sources—such as constitutional documents, eyewitness accounts, and official records—
provide the foundation for understanding these developments.

Now you know why no one is investigated. They all have their hands in the cookie

You might remember James Comey who investigated the Clinton email scandal and the
Clinton Foundation, and made the final decision to not recommend prosecution by
the DOJ. It turns out that the Clinton Foundation was audited by the law firm DLA
Piper. One of the executives there was in charge of the Clinton Foundation audit.
Who was it? Peter Comey, James Comey’s brother. Peter Comey held an executive position
with the Washington law firm that did the audit of the Clinton foundation in 2015.
Peter Comey was officially DLA Piper “Senior Director of Real Estate Operations
for the Americas,” in 2015 when the Clinton Foundation scandals first broke and
Hillary was preparing her Presidential campaign. Not only was DLA Piper, the firm
where Comey’s brother worked, involved in the audit of the Clinton Foundation, but
according to the foundation’s donor records, DLA Piper has given between $50 – 100k
to the Foundation.

It gets even cozier. DLA Piper executive Douglas Emhoff is taking an extended leave
of absence from the firm. Who is Douglas Emhoff? He is the husband of KAMALA HARRIS!
Just a coincidence? Amazing if it is. You can’t make this stuff up! And it only
gets worse. This “Family Tree” will make your head spin… THE SWAMP IS DEEP!!

## How the USA Budget process actually Works

- Link: https://kendreger.com/?p=884
- Published: 2025-10-08T23:21:22+07:00
- Author: ken

The US federal budget process is a multi-step procedure involving the executive
and legislative branches, aimed at funding government operations for the fiscal
year (FY), which runs from October 1 of one year to September 30 of the next. While
the process has statutory deadlines outlined in the Congressional Budget and Impoundment
Control Act of 1974, these are often missed in practice, leading to continuing resolutions(
CRs) to temporarily fund the government and avoid shutdowns. Below, I’ll outline
the key phases—formulation, debate, and voting—with associated timelines and deadlines.
Formulation PhaseThis begins in the executive branch well before the fiscal year
starts:Agency Budget Requests (Summer/Fall of the Previous Year): Federal agencies
develop and submit their budget proposals to the Office of Management and Budget(
OMB) starting as early as the summer (around July) of the year before the fiscal
year in question. For example, for FY 2026 (starting October 1, 2025), agencies
would begin this in summer 2024.
OMB Review and Presidential Preparation (Fall-
Winter): OMB reviews agency submissions, negotiates adjustments, and works with
the President to finalize the proposal. This typically occurs from September through
January.

President’s Budget Submission (First Monday in February): The President submits
a detailed budget request to Congress, outlining proposed spending, revenues, and
priorities for the upcoming fiscal year. This is due by the first Monday in February(
e.g., February 3, 2025, for FY 2026).

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) then analyzes this and submits its own economic
and budget outlook report to congressional budget committees by February 15.

Debate and Congressional Action PhaseOnce the President’s budget is submitted, Congress
takes over. The process is non-binding for the President’s proposal—Congress can(
and often does) modify it significantly. Key steps include:Committee Views and Estimates(
Within 6 Weeks of President’s Submission): Congressional committees submit their“
views and estimates” on spending and revenues to the House and Senate Budget Committees,
typically by mid-March.

Budget Resolution Development (February-April): The House and Senate Budget Committees
draft a concurrent budget resolution, which sets overall spending and revenue levels
but is not a law (it doesn’t go to the President for signature). This includes targets
for discretionary spending (about one-third of the budget, funded annually) and
mandatory spending (e.g., entitlements like Social Security). The resolution is
due to be reported by the committees and adopted by both chambers by April 15.

Debate occurs in committee hearings, where experts, agency officials, and stakeholders
testify.
Appropriations Bills (April-September): After the budget resolution passes(
or even if it doesn’t), the House and Senate Appropriations Committees divide the
discretionary spending into 12 subcommittees, each drafting an appropriations bill
for specific areas (e.g., defense, agriculture). House may begin considering appropriations
bills as early as May 15.

The House Appropriations Committee is supposed to report its last bill by June 10.

The full House aims to complete action on all 12 bills by June 30. The Senate follows
a similar process, though often later. Debate intensifies here, with subcommittee
and full committee markups (amendments and votes), followed by floor debates in
each chamber where members propose amendments, discuss priorities, and vote.

If the House and Senate versions differ, a conference committee reconciles them.

Reconciliation (If Needed, by June 15): For mandatory spending or revenue changes,
Congress may use reconciliation, a fast-track process to bypass filibusters. Action
on reconciliation legislation is supposed to be completed by June 15.

Voting and Final Approval PhaseFinal Votes and Enactment (June-September): Both
chambers vote on the reconciled appropriations bills. All 12 bills (or omnibus packages
combining them) must pass both the House and Senate and be signed by the President
by September 30 to fully fund the government for the new fiscal year starting October
1.

In reality, delays are common, and CRs are often passed to extend funding temporarily(
e.g., into November or December) while negotiations continue.

This “normal” process is aspirational; in recent years, full appropriations are
rarely completed on time due to partisan debates, leading to CRs or shutdowns.

“Ken Dreger No, our enemies will see how further unqualified and inept our so-called
leaders are. They are watching us as we self destruct from within. I’m gonna bet
if Obama had done this you would be singing a different tune. You would be ranting
and raving about it putting our country at risk. But Obama would not have done this.
See, when we took out Osama Bin Laden, no one knew that it was gonna happen because
President Obama didn’t puff out his chest and scream into a microphone about what
he was going to do, as Hegseth did. trump rambles on about DEI, and unqualified,
but he has an entire administration of unqualified DEI hires. From a WWE promoter
as the Secretary of Education who thinks that AI is the same as steak sauce, to
an anti-vaxxer who swam in sewage as the Health and Hunan Resources Secretary.”

My response with facts, not opinion or feelings:

Here’s a factual rebuttal to the claims in that post, based on verified information
about the individuals and events mentioned. I’ll address each key point step by
step. On Perceived Ineptitude and Self-DestructionThe post suggests U.S. leaders
under Trump are “unqualified and inept,” leading to internal self-destruction visible
to enemies. However, Trump’s second-term cabinet, including the nominees in question,
has been assembled with a focus on loyalty, experience in relevant fields, and alignment
with “America First” policies. For instance, Pete Hegseth, confirmed as Secretary
of War (Defense), is a Princeton graduate (2003), Harvard Kennedy School master’s
holder (2013), and a decorated Army National Guard infantry officer with deployments
to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Guantanamo Bay.

He has publicly outlined reforms to eliminate “woke” policies, fire underperforming
generals, and refocus on warfighting ethos, which he described in speeches to military
brass as preparing for potential conflicts—actions framed as strengthening, not
weakening, the military.

Critics from left-leaning sources call this a “purge,” but supporters, including
military veterans, see it as necessary house-cleaning after perceived failures under
previous administrations.

No evidence from intelligence reports or foreign statements indicates enemies view
this as self-destruction; instead, actions like Hegseth’s emphasis on readiness
have been tied to deterring adversaries like China.

On Hypocrisy Regarding ObamaThe post claims hypocrisy, asserting that if Obama made
similar moves, critics would “rant and rave” about risking the country. This is
speculative and ignores context. Obama’s cabinet faced its own controversies—e.g.,
Eric Holder (Attorney General) was criticized for Fast and Furious, and Kathleen
Sebelius (HHS) for Obamacare rollout failures—but these didn’t prompt widespread
calls of national risk from the right in the same vein. Trump’s nominees, like those
under Obama, underwent Senate confirmation: Hegseth in early 2025, McMahon on March
3, 2025 (51-45 vote), and RFK Jr. on February 13, 2025. If President Obama did this
I would support his efforts.

Bipartisan scrutiny occurred, with some Republicans like Bill Cassidy (a doctor)
initially expressing vaccine concerns about RFK Jr. before supporting him.
 The
post’s assumption overlooks that Obama’s picks, like Trump’s, were defended by allies
as qualified despite opposition. On Obama vs. Hegseth on Secrecy and BraggingThe
post contrasts Obama’s handling of the Bin Laden raid (announced after success on
May 2, 2011, in a 9-minute solemn speech) with Hegseth “screaming into a microphone”
about plans.

This is a false equivalence. Obama’s raid was a covert operation; details were kept
secret until completion to avoid compromise. Hegseth’s statements, however, were
about broad policy reforms—not specific ops. In speeches at Quantico (September
2025), he outlined firing “woke” generals, ending DEI initiatives, and restoring“
warrior ethos,” criticizing “fat generals” and urging resignations from dissenters.

_**These were public announcements of intent, similar to how Trump detailed the
al-Baghdadi raid post-fact (2019) in graphic terms, differing from Obama’s tone
but not pre-revealing ops.**_

Hegseth faced criticism for leaking war plans in private chats (e.g., Yemen strikes),
but those were post-nomination leaks, not public “screaming.”
 On Trump’s DEI Criticism
and “Unqualified DEI Hires”Trump has consistently opposed DEI, issuing an executive
order on January 20, 2025, to end federal DEI programs, calling them “wasteful”
and discriminatory. His administration’s guidance warns against hiring tied to protected
characteristics. **_The post’s claim of “unqualified DEI hires” appears sarcastic,
as nominees like Hegseth (white male veteran), McMahon (white female business exec),
and RFK Jr. (white male lawyer) don’t fit traditional DEI profiles (diversity based
on race/gender). Critics from progressive groups argue DEI bans enable discrimination,
but Trump’s picks are defended as merit-based._**

**Unqualified?** See bios below—opposition from unions/teachers (e.g., NEA against
McMahon) stems from policy differences, not lack of credentials.

On the WWE Promoter (Linda McMahon) as Education SecretaryMcMahon, nominated November
19, 2024, and confirmed March 3, 2025, has a bachelor’s in French from East Carolina
University (1969) and a teaching certificate.

She built WWE into a billion-dollar company as CEO and served as SBA Administrator(
2017-2019), overseeing small business education/apprenticeships.

Her “thin” education background is criticized by unions, but supporters highlight
her business acumen for reforming the department, which she called its “final mission”
amid plans to dismantle it.

The “AI is steak sauce” claim stems from a April 2025 verbal gaffe where she said“
A.1.” instead of “AI” during a panel on education tech—it was a slip-up, not confusion,
and even critics noted she meant artificial intelligence.

On the Anti-Vaxxer (RFK Jr.) Who Swam in Sewage as HHS SecretaryRFK Jr., nominated
November 14, 2024, and confirmed February 13, 2025, is an environmental lawyer (
Fordham JD), author, and activist with decades fighting pollution (e.g., Hudson
River cleanup).

He’s criticized as “anti-vax” for questioning vaccine safety (e.g., thimerosal/mercury),
but he describes himself as “pro-vaccine safety,” not anti-vax, and faced Senate
grilling but won support from figures like Chuck Grassley.

The “swam in sewage” refers to a May 2025 swim in Rock Creek (DC) with grandkids,
a waterway with sewage overflow (billions of gallons annually per DC Water Authority),
criticized as reckless.

However, RFK has a history of swimming polluted waters (e.g., Hudson) to highlight
environmental issues, not literal sewage swimming for sport.
 His HHS role focuses
on “Make America Healthy Again,” with interim picks like Dorothy Fink (endocrinologist).

In closing I hope these FACTS make clear my position.

Here is a posting from a person on FB who thinks Mr. Trump’s ideas are wrong. it
is a long posting, so please take the time to digest it.  I posted my response after
this so you can make your choice in what to believe:

**POSTING: **

“Trump’s Bailouts: Socialism for Farmers, Handouts Abroad, and a Wrecking Ball for
U.S. Taxpayers
Donald Trump has once again taken to social media to tout a taxpayer-
funded “solution” to problems of his own making. After launching destructive tariff
wars and pushing through regressive tax policies, he is now bailing out U.S. soy
farmers left devastated by his economic blunders. The irony is glaring: a president
who endlessly denounces “socialism” has engineered one of the largest socialized
farm bailout schemes in modern U.S. history. But Trump didn’t stop there. In a stunning
twist, he also pledged a $20 billion bailout to Argentina—an economy already shattered
by its own radical president, Javier Milei, whose wrecking-ball style of governance
mirrors Trump’s. The justification? None offered, beyond Trump’s apparent admiration
for Milei’s theatrics. The irony deepens as China, once the biggest buyer of U.S.
soybeans, now sources much of its supply from Argentina. In essence, Trump is bailing
out a competitor that has directly benefited from his failed trade war. What emerges
is a system of economic feedback loops where taxpayer money props up failed policies
but provides no lasting benefits. Soy farmers are trapped in a cycle of dependency
created by tariffs that cut them off from global markets. Meanwhile, billions flow
overseas to countries like Argentina, whose gain comes at America’s loss. These
are not investments in growth or competitiveness; they are subsidies for failure.
The larger picture is clear: Trump has redefined “America First” into “America Pays.”
Trade wars have gutted U.S. exports, protectionism has isolated American industries,
and fiscal recklessness has ballooned deficits. Instead of fostering resilience,
his policies have created dependency at home and strategic giveaways abroad. In
the end, Trump’s bailouts are not acts of strength but confessions of failure—an
admission that his economic vision is collapsing under its own weight, leaving taxpayers
to foot the bill while competitors reap the rewards.”

**My Response:**

I’ll break this down point by point, addressing the key assertions in the provided
text. My analysis is based on verifiable facts from recent reports and historical
context. While some elements contain kernels of truth (e.g., trade disruptions and
aid programs), the posting exaggerates, mischaracterizes, or omits key details to
paint a one-sided narrative of “failure” and “socialism.” It ignores strategic rationales,
economic trade-offs, and the broader policy goals behind these actions.1. Claim:
Trump launched “destructive tariff wars and regressive tax policies,” devastating
soy farmers and leading to bailouts as a “solution” to problems of his own making.
Reality: Tariffs on China (imposed in 2018 during Trump’s first term and escalated
in his second term starting 2025) were designed to address long-standing trade imbalances,
intellectual property theft, and unfair subsidies by China. They aren’t random “
blunders” but a deliberate policy to pressure China into fairer trade deals. Yes,
they disrupted U.S. soy exports—China, previously buying ~60% of U.S. soybeans,
shifted to alternatives like Argentina and Brazil, causing an 80% drop in U.S. exports
to China in mid-2025. However, this is a short-term pain for potential long-term
gains: U.S. tariffs have generated over $200 billion in revenue since 2018, some
of which Trump proposes redirecting to affected farmers.
 On tax policies: The 2017
Tax Cuts and Jobs Act reduced corporate rates from 35% to 21% and individual rates
across brackets, benefiting a broad swath of Americans (e.g., doubling the standard
deduction). Critics call it “regressive” because high earners gained more proportionally,
but it wasn’t directly tied to farm issues—farmers actually benefited from expanded
deductions for equipment and pass-through businesses. Bailouts: During 2018-2020,
the USDA provided ~$28 billion in aid via the Market Facilitation Program to offset
trade war losses (soybeans accounted for ~71% of impacted exports). In 2025, Trump
has signaled similar aid using tariff revenue, but this requires congressional approval—
it’s not unilateral “socialism.” Farmers aren’t “devastated by blunders” alone;
global factors like rising input costs (fertilizer up 37%, interest rates up 73%)
and weather play roles. Aid is temporary mitigation, not permanent dependency.

2. Claim: Trump, who denounces socialism, engineered “one of the largest socialized
farm bailout schemes in modern U.S. history.”Reality: The $28 billion in 2018-2020
aid was indeed one of the largest farm support packages, exceeding typical USDA
subsidies (which ballooned from $4 billion in 2017 to $20 billion+ in 2020 under
ad hoc programs). However, labeling it “socialism” is a stretch—it’s market intervention,
not government ownership of farms or means of production. U.S. farm subsidies predate
Trump (e.g., the Farm Bill provides billions annually), and similar aid occurred
under Obama (e.g., 2009-2010 drought relief). Trump has criticized “socialism” in
contexts like Venezuela or Democratic policies, but his aid is framed as protecting
strategic industries from foreign aggression. In 2025, proposed aid isn’t new “socialism”
but an extension of existing tools like the Commodity Credit Corporation, which
Congress has funded for decades. Farmers voted for Trump knowing his trade stance;
aid isn’t hypocrisy but policy consistency.

3. Claim: Trump pledged a $20 billion bailout to Argentina, an economy “shattered
by its own radical president, Javier Milei,” whose style mirrors Trump’s, with no
justification beyond admiration for Milei’s “theatrics.”Reality: This is misleading
on multiple fronts. Argentina’s economy was in crisis before Milei took office in
December 2023—inflation hit 211% under the prior Peronist government, with massive
debt (including $44 billion owed to the IMF) and currency devaluation. Milei’s “
shock therapy” (austerity, deregulation, dollarization efforts) has reduced inflation
to ~4% monthly by mid-2025 but caused short-term pain like recession and poverty
spikes. It’s not “shattered by Milei” but inherited and partially stabilized under
him.
The $20 billion: Not a “pledged bailout” or handout—it’s a proposed Treasury
currency swap line (short-term loan of U.S. dollars for Argentine pesos, repayable
with interest) to bolster reserves ahead of Argentina’s October 2025 midterm elections.
Trump has expressed support for Milei (they’ve met multiple times), but he explicitly
said on September 24, 2025, that Argentina “doesn’t need a bailout” but could use“
support.” Treasury nominee Keith Bessent confirmed negotiations for up to $20 billion,
in addition to an April 2025 IMF $20 billion package. This isn’t “stunning” or unprecedented—
the U.S. has similar swaps with allies like Mexico and Brazil for stability. Justification:
Far from just “admiration,” it’s strategic geopolitics. Argentina has deepened ties
with China (e.g., a 2025 soy export deal and Belt and Road investments), owing Beijing
~$18 billion. U.S. support aims to counter Chinese influence, reduce Argentina’s“
debt trap” risk, and align it with Western economies. Analysts note it targets China’s
dominance in South American commodities. Milei’s pro-U.S. stance (e.g., criticizing
China and Russia) makes him an ally, not a “mirror” of Trump—Milei is a libertarian
economist, Trump a protectionist populist.

4. Claim: China now sources soybeans from Argentina, benefiting from Trump’s trade
war, so the U.S. is “bailing out a competitor” at America’s loss.Reality: Partially
true—China shifted soy imports post-2018 tariffs, with Argentina and Brazil filling
the gap (Argentina’s exports to China rose ~30% by 2020). In 2025, U.S. soy sales
to China hit zero in June-July for the first time since 2004 due to escalated tariffs(
up to 34%, with extensions capping some at 30%). However, the Argentina support
isn’t directly “bailing out a competitor”—it’s to stabilize Milei’s reforms and
pull Argentina away from China, potentially opening markets for U.S. goods long-
term. U.S. farmers are frustrated (e.g., congressional allies criticizing the move),
but the swap isn’t funding Argentine farms; it’s liquidity for reserves. Global
soy trade is competitive regardless—U.S. farmers have diversified to Europe and
India.

5. Claim: Taxpayer money creates “cycles of dependency” for farmers, with billions
flowing overseas, propping up failed policies without benefits.Reality: Opinion-
heavy, but overstated. Farm aid does create short-term reliance, but it’s not a “
cycle”—2018-2020 payments ended with Phase One China deal (2020), boosting exports
temporarily. 2025 aid is proposed amid ongoing talks, not endless subsidies. “Billions
overseas”: The Argentina swap uses taxpayer-backed Treasury funds, but swaps are
repaid (e.g., past ones with Mexico yielded profits). Benefits include geopolitical
wins (countering China) and economic stability (preventing Argentine default, which
could ripple to global markets). Deficits did balloon under Trump (~$3 trillion
added in first term, more in 2025 from tariffs/trade), but this ignores COVID spending
and bipartisan factors—deficits also grew under Biden.

6. Claim: Trump’s policies redefine “America First” as “America Pays,” gutting exports,
isolating industries, ballooning deficits, and creating dependency—bailouts are “
confessions of failure.”Reality: This is rhetorical spin. “America First” emphasizes
U.S. priorities like reducing trade deficits (down 18% with China post-2018) and
reshoring jobs. Exports dipped (ag down $27 billion 2018-2019), but non-ag sectors
grew (e.g., energy). Isolation? Tariffs are protectionism, but Trump signed deals
like USMCA and Japan trade pact. Deficits: Yes, up, but partly from strategic investments.
Bailouts mitigate risks, not admit failure—similar to how governments aid industries
during crises (e.g., auto bailouts under Obama). Farmers’ “dependency” is exaggerated;
most operate independently, and aid is <10% of farm income on average.

In summary, the posting cherry-picks negatives while ignoring context: tariffs are
a tool against China, farm aid is bipartisan precedent, and Argentina support is
strategic diplomacy, not whimsy. It’s not “collapsing under its own weight”—U.S.
GDP grew 2.8% in Q2 2025 despite trade tensions. Critics (including some Republicans)
raise valid concerns about costs and execution, but the narrative of pure “failure”
doesn’t hold up to scrutiny

## BREAKING: SCOTUS HANDS TRUMP TOTAL POWER

- Link: https://kendreger.com/?p=875
- Published: 2025-08-25T04:16:54+07:00
- Author: ken

— EXECUTIVE PURGE BEGINS NOW! The Supreme Court just obliterated the Deep State’s
final line of defense — granting President Trump FULL authority to fire the heads
of “independent” federal agencies. No more delays. No more red tape. No more protection
for unelected traitors. The court declared: Trump is the Executive Branch. Period.
Gwynne Wilcox (NLRB) and Cathy Harris (MSPB) are the first to face removal. Behind
them, a long list of Biden operatives awaits the axe. The administrative state is
collapsing in real time.

**This is not a “legal clarification.” This is an all-out constitutional reset**—
ripping power away from shadow bureaucrats and returning it to the man elected to
wield it. Article II of the Constitution — restored. Trump is no longer fighting
with one hand tied. He can now terminate every disloyal bureaucrat, dismantle fake
oversight boards, and vaporize the swamp creatures who’ve worked for years to sabotage
America First from inside the system.

The ruling sends shockwaves through the Deep State:

• No more court interference

• No more Congressional shielding

• No more “independent” excuses Every agency now answers to Trump. The strategy
of the Left — to bury Trump in legal warfare and block him with slow-walking loyalists—
just detonated in their faces. Their lawfare fortress is in ruins.

The SCOTUS decision cuts off the Deep State at the neck. The Fourth Branch has fallen.
This is the legal decapitation of the administrative coup that’s hijacked power
for decades.

What comes next? Terminations. Restructuring. Loyalty enforcement. Trump is set
to unleash the largest purge in American political history. Those who’ve betrayed
the republic from within will no longer hide behind titles or obscure agency walls.
The President now holds the sword — and he’s swinging.

A top Trump insider put it bluntly: “This ruling doesn’t just restore executive
power — it clears the battlefield.” Every traitor in federal government just got
marked. The days of unelected tyrants mocking the will of the people are over. The
mask is off. The time for war inside the system is here. And Trump just got the
green light to take them all down. Buckle up. The storm just got teeth. The purge
begins NOW.

## H1B Visa scams

- Author: ken

Let me explain why the number is so much higher for india. They scam the system
in several ways. There is a lot here so I’ll try to keep it brief but it might be
a lengthy post. 1. There is an entire indian nepotism industry in the tech and IT
world. It’s comprised of businesses like IBM, Amazon, Microsoft, Google who have
indian hiring managers who only hire indians. A ton of IT shops like Cognizant which
are huge companies but also 99% indian (how exactly does that work without discrimination?)
Then you have a bunch of small MSPs and IT consulting companies (again all indian
workforce.) Next part of the nepotism wheel is the indian recruiters. Indian recruiters
work with the indian hiring managers in tech to fill “h1b only” roles. You can find
hundreds of these recruiting posts on LinkedIn. I’ll add a thread to the replies
so you can see an example. This is of course highly illegal but the DOJ has been
asleep at the wheel so nothing happens to these people. They operate both in America
and in india. Then you have the indian immigration consultants. These businesses
manage and guide the h1b applicant through the process of committing immigration
fraud. I’ll explain how this works in the next point. Lastly you have the funnel
of indians in india. These are very low skill workers, often very poor, often can
barely speak English, totally unable to assimilate. They have fake degrees from
a diploma mill in india and they are being sent here by their family to get a job
in America and send back remittances. 2. Scamming the H1B lottery system. The way
the H1B lottery system works is the company submits an application to USCIS on behalf
of the H1B applicant. There is a yearly cap for new H1B approvals (extensions are
not included.) The cap is hit every year within a few months usually. So let’s say
there is 500,000 H1B applications total but there’s a cap of 85,000/yr. A random
lottery is used to select the 85,000 from the 500k. But the 85k is split between
20k with Masters Degrees or higher (this is important to remember), and 65k regular
H1Bs. So what the indian immigration consultants (scammers) do is they create dozens
of applications for each indian using bullshit companies. Thus drastically increasing
the chance that the indian scammer will be selected in the lottery. What this also
does is it blocks access to the H1B program from actually talented candidates from
Canada and Europe who follow the rules and only submit one application. But that’s
not all. Remember the 20k reserved for Masters degrees and up? Well they scam that
system too. They use fake degrees from india to land spots in masters programs in
America. They have specific masters programs in different schools run by other indians
who let them skate through their masters degree. Most of the time they are paying
someone back in india to do all the work. Meanwhile they are driving uber etc. Once
they have scammed a masters degree, they apply using the same fraudulent method
of multiple applications. Thus hording the vast majority of the 20k H1Bs reserved
for masters students. 3. C2C & Extensions The most broken part of the H1B Visa system
is the extensions. The H1B Visa was designed as a temporary visa. It’s under the
same umbrella as other temporary Visas like the temporary farm worker visa (H2-A).
It was designed to provide temporary relief for specialty occupations that require
a Bachelor’s degree or higher while they work to fill the role with an American.
In practice, the system does the opposite. Every H1B is automatically extended.
You have H1Bs working here for decades, just filing extension after extension. C2C
just stands for corporation to corporation. Basically in order to stay in the country.
The indian nepotism wheel ensures that if an H1B wants to leave a company or is
let go. They place them in another company which reserves specific roles for H1Bs(
again illegal). This is why there are so many H1Bs in the country. 120k+ are approved
every year (the 85k cap + exceptions), and the ones that are approved remain in
the H1B funnel until they start the process of getting a green card (PERM) 4. PERM
Scams You may have seen the recent controversy around the job boards a few tech
folks have created to fight back against the H1B scams. What these job boards are
is a list of the hidden job postings companies are putting in local newspapers and
off the beaten path listings. Why are they hiding job postings in local newspapers
and not posting them on their careers page? They already filled the role with an
H1B. But in order for an H1B to progress towards a green card they need to fill
out what’s called a PERM. A PERM is an application that basically tries to prove
that no qualified American candidate can fill the role. To satisfy this obligation
the company must publicly advertise the position. If no qualified American candidate
applies, the PERM is approved and the H1B progresses towards a green card. There’s
more to the process but that’s really all you need to know. What Jobs dot Now and
h1bjobsdirect dot com have done is effectively exposed these companies for purposefully
hiding their legally mandated job postings. They are abusing the system and discriminating
against American candidates. These job boards are so critical in the fight against
the H1B fraud because they block the pathway to citizenship. Which is the entire
reason these indians scam the H1B program to begin with. I’ll link the boards in
the replies below so you can check them out and apply for positions to block the
H1Bindians from getting away with defrauding our immigration system. Now you understand
why the calls for keeping the H1B system from the tech oligarchs is a crock of shit.
The H1B system doesn’t select for the best and brightest. It selects for who is
the lowest moral character willing to scam the system while EXCLUDING the best and
brightest from Western countries who have high moral character and are following
the rules.
