OPINION: 
This week’s “Intel Briefings: Any of these 16 agencies give the public a 100% proof that anyone inside the Russian Government who was working under orders by the Russian government actually did the Hacking? My guess is NO, they cannot! They will say that they “Believe” it was from the “Russians”, so who actually was it out of the 143.5 MILLION Russians did this? Nothing but smoke and mirrors to deflect the inapt security agencies we have! They don’t want to share information, each one wants all the credit for findings….I say throw the bunch out and hire some new people who will work together… PS: We are supposed to believe Mr. Clapper? The same guy that lied to us in the past….Wow….Maybe he needs to take care of his own house, it seems that the media got a “Pre” release of the actual document that the POTUS got! Where is your “Security” Mr. Clapper?
National Intelligence Director James Clapper is telling Congress he believes “Assange is responsible for the publication of names which put lives in danger”. And how is that so Mr. Clapper, I read hundreds of Wikileaks DNC & Podesta emails and didn’t find one name in it that probably should not have been and if there were names there why on earth would the DNC & Podesta have them? How about raising those questions about the substance and content and stop trying to shoot the dam messenger? He ( Clapper )did not elaborate. WikiLeaks immediately responded on Twitter by accusing Clapper of lying to Congress. ( Again )….
I “Could” guess as many of us could as well, it could be any number of people or groups who have done things like this in the past. From what I have read the Govt. has perused 2 people for 2+ years who they “Think” have done things like this, one has a $1,000.000 bounty and the other has a $100,000 bounty on him. I suspect that it was not anyone on the Russian payroll and that our agencies have made such a blatant fumble of the entire mess to cover up all of it. Let’s try and think about this: Who would gain the most in a situation like this? It wouldn’t be Wikileaks would it…..No, we have heard that Trump thinks AJ should be in jail, they have time and time again just been the outlet for the information from all over the world not just the USA. I highly suspect that it might be an inside data breach that provided the data to a third party then to Wikileaks to try and provide a buffer of protection.
And did you read the unusual warning atop page 1: “DISCLAIMER: This report is provided ‘as is’ for informational purposes only. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) does not provide any warranties of any kind regarding any information contained within.” Hello people that is just plain crazy!
Let’s be really clear here, these information or data dumps i.e. Leaks were not against any American Government, they were against the DNC and a private citizen who worked for the DNC. Americans did NOT have the Election “Hacked”, nor Compromised by any of this! If people chose to read the emails and change how they voted based on the “Content” of the emails then fine, that was a individual choice and it would not make a hill of beans if it was the conservative party or the green party’s emails…..( But the green party only sends smoke signals)….so disregard them..
But we are just blindly suppose to support Clappers presentation even though Mr. Clapper has admitted giving Congress on March 12, 2013, false testimony regarding the extent of NSA collection of data on Americans. Four months later, after the Edward Snowden revelations, Mr. Clapper apologized to the Senate for testimony he admitted was “clearly erroneous.” Sorry, isn’t passing my basic “Smell Test”…….Personally I think Clapper and the heads and top staff at each of these agencies should be replaced. Did Clapper have the FBI investigate the DNC computers? NO! They took the word of a contractor on the state of the computers! Heck, why not ask my grandkids if it was ok, would of done just as good! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr…..
If you were a Black Hat hacker wouldn’t you try to make it look like the big bad Russians or China got the data? You would leave small unmistakable “Tracks” that have been proven to be from foreign agencies & countries to leave that “Bread Crum Trail” back to someone else to throw off those looking for you. This seems like the likely path that has been taken, I would bet that this is what they will find in the long run or the inside data dumper….or both..
